Terms & Conditions

Minimum spend during our peak season (October-April) is $2000 mid-week (Monday-Thursday) and $2500 on weekends (Friday-Sunday).

Minimum spend during our off-peak season (May-September) is $1500 mid-week (Monday-Thursday) and $2000 on weekends (Friday-Sunday).

Travel fees are added to quotes based on staff travel times to and from your venue of choice.

If an event is booked on a public holiday, it will incur a 15% surcharge.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a date for your booking.

Invoice balance is due 14 days prior to the event

Bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. If an event is cancelled after this period, your deposit can be put towards a future event, but not refunded.

All you can eat pizza is for discussed time window when booking.

Gluten-friendly or vegan pizzas are available at an additional $4 per person requesting. Please note: our gluten-friendly pizzas are not recommended for Coeliac guests due to the environment these are cooked in and the oven environment in which we cook these in. Please let us know if your guests have dietaries during the booking confirmation 2-3 weeks prior to your event.
